  • Table 3.10-1 summaries the equations pertaining to series and parallel elements.
  • Figure 4.2-3 shows how to express element currents and voltages as functions of the node voltages.
  • Figure 4.5-4 shows how to express element currents and voltages as functions of the mesh currents.

Exam Information:

  • This midterm exam is a 75 minute exam given during the regularly scheduled class meeting.

  • This midterm covers material from the beginning of ES250 to the fall break. In particular:
    • Circuits containing dependent sources.
    • Equivalent circuits, voltage division and current division.
    • Mesh and node equations.
  • Bring a calculator.
