Thursday,
August 28th 6:30 pm in Clarkson Hall at 59 Main St.. Relaxation and managing
chronic pain. There will be a brief presentation about the physiology of
this approach, followed by a guided relaxation practice.
- Massena Fibromyalgia Support Group Meeting again! The group will meet
Tuesday, September 9th, 6:30 pm in Massena Memorial
Hospital. This will
be an open discussion to identify what topics or presenters the group
would like for upcoming meetings.
