2D Single Molecules Software A page of 2D Single Molecules Software has been added to the site. Software is developed for the direct processing of single molecule data from AFM or SEM images. The parameters sofware calculates are:
  • Contour Length and Radius of Gyration;
  • Persistence Length and End-to-End Distance;
  • Ideal End-to-End Distances for surface-equilibrated and 3D->2D projected molecules;
  • Polymerization Degree and Molecular Weight;
  • Statistics and many other useful details.
