Finish up the implementation of the first two of the four actions described
in the Subsection Process Overview and Scheduling on p. 172. Use proper indentation
and comment your code.

Implement the third action, following the guidelines in Process Overview and
Scheduling and in Telemarketer accounting on p. 173 - 174.
You will probably need to add some new variables and make some changes to the
second action. The third action should be performed after the second action has
been completed for all telemarketers. Thus the structure of your go procedure
will be:
