Open House
Open house went fairly well. A very big crowd. Rouslan gave the pitch and I helped, along with Kyle, field some parent questions. Overall I was very happy with it. We posted a few comments on the admin wiki.
Bug Updates/Fixes

Mirror's system logs were being funky, and were eating up hard drive space (1.4 gig x 2!). After looking at a few man pages, I discovered that syslog was logging our daemons (rsync, proftpd) twice - once in syslog and again in a daemon log. rsync's double logging was especially dangerous, as it was logging each individual file transfer. (On average, Gentoo's portage is about 100,000+ files.) I moved both of these logs to seperate files to improve readability, removed the daemon log, and cleaned up the HD space. We should be all set.
