Met up with my Xen groups and we went over a high level flow of how Xen works. First, when a Xen kernel is booted you start up the daemon with the xend command, this initializes and starts up d0, the initial domain. Then to start another domain you use the xm command along with some parameters. Our overall plan for this project is to package up and let loose a Xen distribution that is easy to use, has a good interface and gui, and has everything you need to start your own Xen.
