	To present programs that address the concerns and opportunities of women and men in professional roles related to their field of study while stimulating members to identify their individual values regarding these roles.

	To nurture personal development through workshops that pertain to women’s/men’s needs. To provide a means of developing professional skills which will promote success in industry.
