Kimone O'Meally is currently a Senior majoring in Business and Technology Management with a Concentration in Human Resource Management. In June 2004, Kimone received her Associate Degree with Honors in Business Management in New York City. Kimone currently serves as Vice-President of SHRM, a Class Officer and a PR board member of The Clarkson Theatre Company. Read Kimone's Resume

Jennifer Herbst - Vice President
My name is Jennifer Herbst; I am fromEast Northport, which is located on the North shore of Long Island.  I am currently a junior at Clarkson University and I am a double major in Business and Psychology.  I am the Vice President of the Clarkson University Chapter of Strategic Human Resource Management club.  I am also a national member of the New York Environment Association (NYWEA).  I am also a new member of the Clarkson University Chapter, Xi Rho, of the National Sorority Delta Zeta.  I plan to go to Michigan State University to complete Graduate school and receive a masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to help businesses and organizations around the world.  I will hopefully work in the human resources department of a large company and have the opportunity to travel as well.

Professor Floyd Orsmbee - Advisor
Floyd Ormsbee is an instructor in the Clarkson University School of Business in the Organizational Studies area.  Floyd is currently corking on his dissertation in pursuit of the degree of Ph.D. at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario Canada.  He teaches courses at Clarkson in Organizational Behavior and Organizational Policy and Strategy.  His research interests include the areas of generational cohort values and their effects of work behavior, engagement, motivation, and psychological contract issues.
