Outdoor Recreation The Outdoor Lodge is open from 10am to 10pm daily during the academic year. Students, faculty and staff are welcome to use the facility during this time. It is a great place to warm up after a cross country ski, or use the restrooms after a nice hike. The Outdoor Lodge is also a wireless internet zone, and it has a large TV and computer for all to use. The facility can be rented for functions on a limited basis. Please call Vivian at x7931 for more information, restrictions apply. The Outdoor Recreation Program was Started in the Fall of 2002 by the current director Brian Wallace. Outdoor Recreation is much more than the Outdoor Lodge. The program manages the multi use trail system on campus, provides support and guidance to the outdoor oriented student clubs, and runs the outdoor program which exposes students to the natural areas of the Adirondack region. All Clarkson community members are invited to join any Outdoor Recreation adventure.
