IMPORTANT NOTE: When installing the conference cd into the directory C:\ICHQP_CD,, download this following patch Conf.mdb into the directory C:\ICHQP_CD\www\  The software will be opened by starting dweb.exe. Note: this software works best when using Internet Explorere Lake Placid Resort Home Page ADVANCE PROGRAM  Note for authors: Please plan on having approximately 15 minutes for your presentation. Each room will be equipped with a laptop computer and a projector.	The conference will feature a tutorial and 4 special sessions. The tutorial is "Power Quality and DG Integration – IEEE 1547 and Beyond" presented by Phil Barker, Nova Energy Specialists. Tutorial Overview The special sessions are on Harmonics Case Studies, Voltage Sag Case Studies, Harmonics Definitions and Measurements, and Distributed Generation.
