Motivation
Nano-Bio-Technology is one of the fastest growing areas of modern research. To be competitive in the research and education of students in this area, Clarkson University establishes Nanoengineering and Biotechnology Laboratories Center (NABLAB) to provide research support for all Clarkson scholars working in this highly multidisciplinary area.
Vision
NanoBio research applies the tools and processes of nano/microfabrication to study biological systems, create smart functionalized materials and systems. We will capitalize on the expertise of Clarkson scholars in the area of cancer cell research, fine particles for bio and medical applications, synthesis of smart materials, advanced biosensors, etc.
