Goals Established

 

In the spring we all sat down together and established some goals, these are things that you all agreed you wanted to be able to say in April of 2006.

  2. Build a team that is accountable for their individual contribution
  3. Have fun
  4. Maintain enthusiasm (passion)
  5. Remain a team of 22
  6. Build lasting relationships
  7. Make a profit
  8. Develop a new business skill
  9. Have a great idea by October 1
  10. Constantly revisit research
  11. Use our resources
  12. Separate business life from personal life
  13. Accept change
  14. Revisit goals once a month
  15. Have no regrets
  16. Maintain big picture mentality
  17. Maintain 100% participation
  18. Create a healthy environment
  19. Attack obstacles as a team
  20. Focus on the issue not the person
  21. Remember the big picture
  22. Learn when/how to be professional
  23. Don’t be afraid to speak our mind
  24. Hold monthly social events
