Peer Evaluations Holding each other accountable for activities within the organization will be critical if you intend to reach the goals you have set for yourselves.  An employee manual is required – within this manual your company should provide job descriptions, evaluation criteria and a system of rewards / punishments.   You will be graded by your peers within the established and approved guidelines that you set for yourselves.  Be an active member of this process.
