Critical Incident Reports Once per month a critical incident report will be assigned. The reports need to detail the background of the event, the important and relevant details of the event, the outcomes and implications of the event as well as the lessons learned from the occurrence. As always, any grammar or spelling errors will result in grade deductions.

Objectives:

Students should be able to recognize the value and relationship of important events as they relate to the company’s development.

Students should be able to create a clearly written and effective presentation.

Students should be able to connect activities with outcomes and outcomes to individual or group learning.

Outcomes:

At the completion of the course, this assignment should provide students with an opportunity to develop skills in observing group behavior as well as understanding the impact of individual behavior on an organization.

Students should be skilled in presenting well written, clear, concise, compelling and effective business reports.

Students should be able to attach actions with outcomes (cause and effect) as well as identify one learning component with each identified critical incident.
