Billie Holiday & Louis Armstrong

Slightly late (10m or so) for Mardi Gras, but here's a clip of Billie Holiday singing "Do You Know What It Means (To Miss New Orleans)", accompanied by Louis Armstrong and His Band (from the movie New Orleans (1947)).

Speaking of Billie Holiday, There is a great group on Yahoo called Billie Holiday And The Disciples Of Swing that salutes the art of vocal jazz. During February they were celebrating Girl Singers Month and this weeks playlist includes several tracks by Billie that were recorded in 1957 at The Stratford Shakespeare Festival. You should check them out. Here is the link to the group and the current playlist:

I am a jazz fan for over 40 years and Was wondering if any of these songs can be hear over the computer?
Also the record June Christy Live at the Dunes, which I've never seen for sale in the usa,was this a foreign recording or is it currently aviable from any import dealer on cd format?
I did happen to personaly know Anita O'Day and
Chris Connor for about a 12 yr period in the 1970's and also the great Sheila Jordan who still performs.
I was really surprized that Sheila's name was not listed. Her website here is
sheilajordanjazz.com if you care to contact her.
She has recorded several of Billies tunes and is a major fan of Billie's also.
Thanks for you help in this matter.
