• For the growth of nationalism
• For the development of laws of war
• For the growth of a global economy
• For expansion and exploration
• For noncombatants (including social status)

I'll give you handouts and books for these questions, but you will also want to do some research.

Please coordinate the information from all your presenters. You will need to contact one another outside class to do so. We do not want to waste time loading files. Please come to class early to set up your presentation.
