Polymer Science and Materials Group |
|
The group is involved in a variety of research projects involving polymer chemistry, both fundamental and applied in nature. We utilize a variety of polymerization methods for polymer synthesis and the design of novel polymer materials. We also examine more fundamental areas of polymerization, such as reaction rates and mechanisms.
Latest Group News · Ms. Jessica Terrell, an undergraduate student in the group, won the best undergraduate oral paper award in the Chemistry Research Symposium at SUNY Potsdam, run by the NNY Section of the ACS. Congratulations Jess! · Christy Petruczok, a former undergraduate researcher in the group and honors student, recently won a coveted NSF Graduate Fellowship to do a PhD at MIT —well done Christy!
