Each applicant for the Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates will have to provide the following information:

  • REU Program Application Form.
    Download Application Form (PDF file)
  • At least two recommendations, each in a sealed and signed envelope or ask your references to send to the Program Director by Fax or email. Download Reference Form (PDF file)
  • Official undergraduate transcripts
  • Statement of interest and academic background related to the selected research topics, limited to two pages.
