Description:
The waterfront property on the Racquette River below the Riverside Apartments will be developed into walking trails, bike paths, and a scenic overlook. The racquette river has played an integral part in the development of Clarkson University. These trails will take advantage of the beautiful landscapes that surround the Clarkson campus.
Status:
The DEC is currently reviewing the drawings and phased approach to the Walk Trails, since phase 1 will not include the river boardwalks. It is anticipated that some exploratory work will commence this fall and construction will begin during the late spring of 2009.
