Description:

The 9/11 memorial has been relocated from it's existing location outside of the ERC in order to proceed with the Student Center to a grassy location behind the student townhouses overlooking the Adirondack Mountains. The adjacent parking lot is being turned into additional green space surrounding the monument.

Status:

The adjacent green space has been fertilized, seeded, and covered with straw, and is beginning to grow grass. Work on the plaque placement and remounting is ongoing. The memorial will be rededicated in a ceremony on 9/11/09
