LDAC Update
It's 22 July and we are well on our way to one of the most successful Warrior Forge Summer's in recent memory. 19 GKB Cadets are on track to complete or have completed LDAC. All 19 have passed the APFT and land nav portions of the Course. An impressive land nav average of 92 out of 100 is a testament to the training on multiple land nav courses during the past year. Cadets McTarnaghan, Vantine, and Sortevik scored a 99, and Brewer, Lucas, and Wheeler had perfect scores. PT scores could have been better overall, but a 292 by Cadet Wheeler, and a 300+ by Cadet Fahsel were the top male and female scores for the GKB. Cadet Fahsel also had the top female score in her Regiment. 2 overall E's at camp so far, with 9 cadets still to receive overall evaluations. We are on track to have 19 fully qualified MS IV's ready to execute training this year, and prepare the next wave of GKB cadets for next year. They need to come back ready to work, because the MS III class is shaping up to be one of the largest and most diverse in recent memory. Well done to all!!! FROM THE FRONTAlumni Letters
