Publicity for this type of event seems to lack it's full potential. Are the flyers forwarded to all of the town/village chamber of commerce offices? I'm from Massena and I have not seen any of these flyers at all which is too bad b/c many are concerned with this topic. Thank you for sponsoring this event. Right now one could install a solar/wind system, with New York State and Federal incentives, for 55% off the installed cost. The issue is the time in which it takes to receive these incentives. How can we get that money to the people faster?
