Using CUB's Equipment
For Groups
Groups that wish to use or borrow CUB's equipment (sound, lights, etc) need to attend the CUB meeting at least two weeks before their event. A formal request for equipment needs to be made at this meeting. Failure to contact CUB in this manner will seriously effect the boards decision to honor your equipment request. No equipment may be borrowed unless the board approves it. Simply showing up to a meeting does not mean you will get the equipment you want, the board must pass your request.

For Private Events / Individuals
The likelyhood of a request for equipment for a private party or individual event will more than likely not be passed by the Clarkson Union Board. To increase your chances of being issued equipment you will need to attend the CUB meeting at least two weeks before the event. If the equipment request is honored by the board you will be charged an equipment fee as well as any labor for the event. Labor includes set up, working the equipment and takedown.
