All redundant code has been consolidated into the file functions.php.
The new code now looks into the pictures directory and reads the directory names into
an array which it sorts and prints out links to each of the directories. The links
utilize vpic.php and piclist.php.

The admin function uses MD5() hashing with private/public key.

Checks to see if any of the trips are out of date and deletes them from triplog.php
and also deletes the trip file located in ./trips. Then rewrites the remaining trips
to triplog.php
