·       Classes are held in the Clarkson University Fitness Center; for directions, see our directions page.

·       Wednesday, Friday: 6:00 - 8:00 PM.
Saturday, Sunday: 2:00 - 4:00 PM.

Assistant Instructors: Chris Affre and Andy Orlando

Beginners classes are on Sunday;
all abilities welcome; non-Clarkson participants welcome.
